I have a rare Confederate Dickson, Nelson & Co., CS musket. I understand that the price runs from 10 to 30K from Flaydermans, but he's showing the same valuation for other guns that aren't one tenth as rare. In fact it looks as though he's giving a generic value for any CW Musket. I want to sell the gun and would like to know the what would be a reasonable valuation. I've checked your database, and cannot find anyone specifically listed with the expertise of evaluating Civil War Confederate Arms, so I'd like to be contacted by your members who feel qualified in this area or who are interested in the gun. I have already referred this on to both John Sexton and George Juno and they have passed due to the condition problems on this piece. I would recommend that you contact either Butterfields or Greg Martin in San Francisco for an evaluation and help with a possible sale.. JB
