I don't know the number of M&E members that are coming, but if you come it will make one more. You might call Headquarters as to the exact number. As a speaker I, as well as the rest of the M&E speakers are doing our best to provide quality programs. To my knowledge construction equiptment is not a program topic, however it will be discussed. I will be at conference also and would like to meet you there. As chairman of the division I would like to discuss with all members topics and training courses that would benefit everyone working in that field.
I will be speaking on modern tools but the majority of my business is heavy equipment. I would love to talk shop with any and all attending.

I also plan to stay in San Antonio through Saturday, March 31. Hope to get a chance to meet you and some other M&E appraisers. Frank Williams
