I have just bought a floating candle that is wrapped in Godinger silver around a glass goblet. Can you tell me what the approximate value might be?

Hi. I have a 10 inch Godinger Silver Art Co Ltd plate. It has a etched paisley pattern, donut shaped, with the very middle of the plate being pattern-free. GSA Sticker on the back - made in china. Have had a hard time finding any web sites to approximate value, pattern or year. Any help would be appreciated. will email picture if needed for further inspection.
